Il compte 63 étages, en réalité 60, mais 3 sont souterrains. Le bâtiment est actuellement le deuxième plus haut bâtiment doré au monde après le Grand Lisboa à Macao, dont je parlerai dans un avenir proche. Il s'agit du 7ème plus haut bâtiment de la ville et du plus haut gratte-ciel de l'île sur laquelle il est construit, l'île de Yeouido, qui est une île d'environ 8 kilomètres carrés. Le gratte-ciel me rappelle un peu le célèbre John Hancock Center de Chicago de par sa forme, même si logiquement il est très différent, et ce bâtiment est dédié exclusivement aux bureaux. et c'est quelques mètres plus bas. Le célèbre observatoire de ce gratte-ciel est situé au 63ème étage. Le bâtiment est impressionnant quand le soleil l'éclaire car, étant tout doré, il ressemble à un gigantesque soleil visible à des kilomètres à la ronde, un spectacle. Pour monter au belvédère public, vous devez emprunter un ascenseur en verre qui offre des vues spectaculaires depuis les premiers étages sur la rivière et la ville qui est reliée par des ponts à l'île où se trouve le géant doré. Au 63ème étage se trouve une galerie d'art spectaculaire avec différentes salles de tous styles, certaines très spectaculaires et surprenantes qui vous permettent de prendre de fabuleuses photos à mettre sur votre Instagram, une attraction de plus en plus de l'observatoire qui est la star de au 63ème étage. Une fois en haut, vous pouvez voir l'île parfaitement reliée par de nombreux ponts, vous pouvez également voir les embarcadères qui relient également l'île à l'autre rive. les autoroutes gigantesques ressemblent à des jouets vus du haut de ce gratte-ciel. Les montagnes de Séoul sont visibles au loin. Lorsque le temps est clair, la vue atteint l'infini. La vue est magnifique car elle est entourée d'eau au bord de la rivière, cela rend cet observatoire et ses vues charmantes de jour comme de nuit, cela me rappelle le Vietnam à Saigon.

Al 63° piano c'è una galleria d'arte spettacolare con diverse sale di tutti gli stili, alcune molto spettacolari e sorprendenti che permettono di scattare foto favolose da mettere su Instagram, un'attrazione in più oltre all'osservatorio che è il protagonista di al 63° piano, una volta saliti si vede l'isola perfettamente unita da tanti ponti, si vedono anche i moli delle barche che collegano anche l'isola con l'altra sponda. le autostrade gigantesche sembrano giocattoli dalla cima di questo grattacielo. In lontananza si vedono le montagne di Seul. Quando la giornata è limpida la vista arriva all'infinito. La vista è bellissima in quanto è circondata dall'acqua in riva al fiume, rende questo osservatorio e le sue vedute affascinanti sia di giorno che di notte, mi ricorda il Vietnam a Saigon.
